Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
